I felt so welcome when I began talking to the owners. The place is perfect if you are looking for a home away from home. The rooms are cozy and unique, with a really cute ranch style/ cozy theme. The rooms are incredibly clean and have character. After 20 hours on the road, I was happy to be welcomed to stay here :)

I enjoyed a lovely stay at this motel. The owners were friendly and helpful. The rooms spotless and welcoming. The gardens are amazing and there is even a greenhouse! This felt like a bed & breakfast experience for me even though I was on a budget. I highly recommend this motel.
Owners were very friendly, clean rooms and great price! Plus was away from all the bustle of the interstate. Very relaxing.
We LOVE this place, owned by the Waller family! We found it by "accident" on a long drive home from California last year. Yes, it is worth the effort to find on social media -- obviously "the big dogs" work hard to deflect all traffic to their cookie-cutter chain hotels along I-80. Our very clean, inexpensive room was comfortable and decorated with little individual touches - like window curtains (and a quilt?) sewn by Mrs. Waller. We also enjoyed talking to Mr. Waller about their greenhouse where the flowers are grown for the window boxes. While our bathroom was very small by contemporary standards, it was a non-issue for us, given the cleanliness and overall charm of the place -- and our desire to encourage a very hard-working, gracious couple!
