Any business is only as good as its employees, and this one is no exception. I have always had very good experiences whenever I stayed at Hampton Inn. This time was the exception!
I had a confirmed (I thought) reservation for a room with a king size bed. The room I was given had 2 queen size beds instead. When I went to the front desk to ask about the discrepancy, the clerk showed no empathy, and instead made an off-color joke about it, and laughed! Instead of trying to correct the mistake, he lied about how it happened, and refused to look for a solution.
Our air conditioner in our room didn't work and they were very accommodating and nice helping us relocate us to a room that it did work. Rooms and hotel in general felt clean and well taken care of. Staff were very polite and very nice. I would stay there again.
Great place to stay, have stayed here a few times, Great eats near by! Friendly staff! Beds nice, very nice rooms.
I'll stay at Hampton Inn again because it's always been good. The guy who helped (?) me needs to find another line of work outside of the hospitality industry.
Hotel was older but kept up well. Breakfast was delicious with omelets and bagel sandwiches, fruit, oatmeal, waffles, and cold cereal. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was great, they couldn't give us our suite, but got us in a room with a king-size bed and sofa sleeper, and gave us a ton of Hilton points. Always happy with the Hilton brand.
I loved my stay here. I was put up here while I was attending a business interview in town. The premises were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the choices that you could pick from, from the breakfast bar every morning as well. The staff is also very understanding, and what I mean by that is that I had a conflict with the check-out time which was 11am because my flight from Denver didn't leave until 8:30 pm. I talked to the manager and she was very polite during the conversation and told me that she could change the check-out time to a time that worked well for me. The beds are very comfortable and you can't go wrong with all the pillows they give you as well. I gave this hotel 5 stars because thats exactly what it should get. This hotel went above my expectation. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone whether they are traveling through Sidney, visiting family, or are here for business.
