A great full service RV campground. We have returned here numerous times over the years. Any number of businesses, eating, gas/diesel, Walmart, and of course, a large Cabela's store are conveniently located near the campground. Great place to stop along I-80 at Sidney in Western Nebraska.
Great camp ground wish we could stay for a week. Clean wonderful service everything you need to relax.
Spend the night, go shopping take your time. The people in the store are very helpful. The RV park is clean and easy to use, FHU. Also has laundry, showers,restrooms, dump station,nice place.
The campground is a first come first served campground. It is clean and well maintained except for several large potholes in the dirt roads. It is easy to get to and close to the Cabelas store. The campsites are a little close together but no more than other campgrounds we have been to. (We like a little more space between sites). A few more trees would be nice but you can pick your site if one with a large tree is available you can park there. Overall it is a nice campground.
This place makes a great stop for the night, laundry is $1 to wash and $1 to dry. Rest room and showers seem to be ok, though I did not use the showers. Check in now done through a self pay envelope drop, or at the check out in the Cabellas store which is about a 5 minute walk away. I have stayed here twice this summer, the place is first come first serve, and tends to fill up quickly around sunset, all gravel sites, with moderately tight spacing, far enough from the highway to avoid most traffic noise. A good overnight stop, I just wish they took reservations given the lack of other nearby options. There are a few dining options within walking distance, my pick is the Mexican place across the main street.
