By far not the best hotel I've ever stayed in... but it was nice and comfy. First this I always do is check filters. It was dirty and the front desk lady was very Apologetic and cleaned it Immediately. The tv is updated and has cable. The room smell was ok. Hotel is located right on the main strip of Sydney. ALL in all was taken well care of and enjoyed the stay. If need be I'll be back.
The room cost me sixty dollars... That's fine. But the place was disgusting. The man was kind considering i woke him at two am to rent the room. But i work in housekeeping... The only clean thing in the room was the ashtray!! The matresses are less comfortable than the back seat of the car i just spent 18 hours in to get here. The mess u see is how i found the room. Even the little shampoo had already been used. I feel like i should get a refund...
Price was great. Beds were clean. The bathroom and room walls were not. Hot breakfast was a joke; hard biscuts, expired milk, and out of order juice machine. No fruit or yogurt options.
Dirty place. Woke up in the a.m. and notice that I had been sleeping with bed bugs. Less then impressed. Would not suggest, drive further.
This hotel was very good. The rooms were clean and all of the fixtures and electronics in the room worked well (tv, fridge, microwave). The beds were comfortable and our room on the first floor was quiet and free of neighbor noise. The breakfast area was small, but nice. It had the usual quick foods as well as waffles, juice and coffee. I'd definitely stay here again if I was passing through the area.
They gave us a cleaner room after reporting the mess. I change my rating from one star to three.
