I sat there for 50 minutes waiting for an oil change. I finally went up to the counter and ask them if my car was done they said yes it's been done for 10 or 15 minutes. AND here I am a few days later trying to work on the brakes on the front of my car and they over torqued the lug nuts so tight I broke the socket at the end of my wrench that came supplied with my car! I was standing on the end of that wrench and I weigh 190 pounds. I had to bounce just to get the first three lug nuts off. It broke on the 4th.
