I broke down in a Penske around 9 PM near Sydney. After a few frustrating calls (and a few hours later), Darin showed up in his wrecker. His professionalism and hard work made an otherwise negative experience a positive one. He even came back to my hotel in the morning with his friend to help swap the load to a new truck, after getting home after 2 AM.
