I'm really in the middle here. I went for lunch and had the jalapeño burger with some sweet potato fries and honestly it was delicious. Beyond delicious, the peppers were very spicy, I was in love. The same day I went to have dinner and a few beers. The service was almost non existent after my first drink. I finally ordered some wings and they came out pretty quick. They were delicious, sweet, tangy and spicy all at the same glorious time. But as I bit down into them they were ice cold in the middle. Beer selection was great. Place needs some improvement for sure, but they are heading in the right direction.
Poor service, poor management, and even worse food. Took my family here for my daughter's birthday. Soup was cold. Steak was sent back three times and still wasn't served correct. Manager never even spoke to us about the mess. Soda was flat. Good dumped on the floor and never offered to replace it. Drinks never refilled til end of our meal. The cups stayed empty our entire meal. Very dissatisfied to say the very least.
Went in for lunch. Nothing too special, basically burgers and bar food. Got our meals pretty quick. Server was friendly and attentive.
One never knows what kind of visit it's going to be at this place. Sometimes, it's fine, and generally the food isn't great but okay. It's way overpriced but it's decent. Sometimes it's the worst dining experience you've had in years. Tonight we came for our son's birthday and the whole thing was horrible. It took half an hour to even order and another 1.5 hours to get our food. We couldn't get refills or silverware and when a mistake was made on our order, they charged us the price of the mistaken dish instead of what we ordered. And no, it wasn't very busy and we didn't have a huge group. The waitress tried and was nice, but I am pretty upset that my son had to have an experience like that for his birthday. And this isn't the first time we've had that bad an experience. We keep going back after six months or so after a meal like this one and it's about 50/50 if it's going to happen again the very next time. I would not recommend this place to anyone and especially not for a special occasion.
This place doesn't deserve a star the best thing about it is the exit the waitress was rude as hell and everything is over priced
