One of the worst apple bees I think I have ever been in. Service was very slow and the food was awful. Just wanted a salad with steak in it. Took forever to get it and when I did it was worse than trying to cut my shoe up. The salad was good but it was supposed to be together. Never again
The food was delicious but the waitress was not up to parents. Either she had to many tables or she was just doing other things she was very attentive to our needs. She only visited our table once during our dinner and when she did stop by to see if everything was alright she was talking to the people at the table behind us while we were talking to her.
Very friendly attentive staff. All the way from the the host to wait staff to Manager. Service was great. Drinks arrived within minutes food was served to order and hot. Delicious. Thank you very much for an enjoyable outing. Traveler just passing through.
On the other hand, Manager (Michelle), is terrible! I had to get her attention from across the room and then she took her sweet time getting to the table. She offered no action that would make us believe she cared about the improperly cooked steak. She never returned to our table to see how my wife's meal was.
The staff were very nice. Professionalism is import to them. My waitress was just the Bubbly personality that helped my day tremendously
Our server (Brandi) was awesome! She was exceptional with her service and keeping drinks filled. My wife's steak was way over cooked on round one. The second one was full of fat and grissel, so much that it could not be cut with the steak knife. Brandi replaced the meal and ensured my wife was pleased.
