I wish this could be a negative, but it can't. I called a 24hr number for David's plumbing at 4:30am with a household emergency. (I have a house of 5 people and 1 toilet). He picked up the phone wide awake and cheery. I say "Hey, is this dave's heating and plumbing?" He says "Yep." I say "Great, I have a bit of an emergency for you..." and proceeded to tell him my issues. I finished up my summary of the problem and was met by a "This is bullshit calling someone at 4:30am." and then heard nothing but a dial tone. Where has customer service gone? Not only will he not get double time for this emergency fix....he'll never see a dollar from me or anyone else I know.
