Had a water main blow, after I had someone dig it up, the best team came up and replaced everything, and did a her professional job. Thanks a lot.
I would highly advise against using Best Plumbing and heating for any work. If you need plumbing done, go somewhere else. You'll pay a lot, but you receive very little in the way of service. These guys are ripping people off.
I paid $250 for a plumber to snake a drain that worked fine before it was clogged. They took my money and skipped out on the actual work. On the phone the owner resorted to yelling instead of apologizing for the problem and told me that it was my problem not his.
I have had to call these guys twice for separate issues at my house. Both times they were quick to come out and fixed the problem within minutes. Will always keep their number handy.
I called these guys today about getting a gas pipe removed, and within twenty minutes there was a plumber here to look at it and within the hour it was removed. I am very pleased with the service and intend to use their service again.
Amazing service. I had no heat and they scheduled me An appointment right away. The guy came out to lodgepole and fixed our issue. He explained to me in detail what was wrong and even showed me how to fix it if the issue happened again! One happy customer!
When we finally took the pipe apart to replace it with a 2 inch line, we found that the only problem with it is that the line was clogged and need to be snaked. By this point we had already cut the old pipe out and started the replacement process. We called Best Plumbing and Heating to find out why they hadn't snaked the drain. After some backpedaling and blaming pipe sizes they finally admitted that they hadn't actually snaked the drain all the way down. Instead they stopped snaking after the first 8 feet when their careless efforts broke the pipe.
If I could give these guys Zero stars I would. $250 charge to snake a drain that runs approximately 20 feet. After they supposedly snaked the drain and broke the pipe in two places, they explained that the 1 1/2 inch pipe was too small and that was actually what was causing the problem, not a clogged drain. So we avoided using it until we had time to replace it.
