While leaving Sidney for a week we stopped here and purchased a $5 phone charger cord. While on the road we discovered the cord did not work. When my wife tried to return it she did not have the receipt unfortunately trusting they would stand behind what they sell. They would neither replace or refund. We are local and own 6 cars. Because of this behavior over a $5 phone cord we will no longer use Sapp brothers anywhere and they lose hundreds in fuel purchases yearly
Fast, friendly, clean and hot and cold food available. Truck parking and Mc Donald's next door.
It is a great travel center. Has special gifts and very nice restroom. Has to check this place.
Employees have always been curtious (we stop here twice a day and spend money). Met who I believe to be the owner tonight who just went off on a wild tangent. Don't park at the fuel island when swapping team drivers or she'll bite your head off. Mind you we stay curtious and park at the last island, during a time that usually 1 truck comes through (leaving 3 open and wed move if it got busy). We'll just be going to loves going forward since we aren't welcome on the lot if we aren't fueling.
Sapp Bros is one of my favorite places to stop! They are always clean, staffed by friendly people, have privite bathroom stalls with the sink in the stall. Most have bathtubs as well as showers which is nice for us ladies on the road. They have a nice convenience store with all kinds of things, good coffee, snacks and food choices.
