15 minutes in drive thru and it wasn't that busy. Food was warm at best, no straws or napkins. Employee at the window was rude.
This macdonalds was great and all but the most important part of it wasn't.It was completely obvious that the food was cold the fires were cold,the mcnuggets were cold,the Canadian beacon and egg were frozen and hard! It's like they weren't even trying when they made the meal! I went to them acusing them of a bad meal but they lied to me instead and told me it was fresh,that they had just made it at that moment. How oblivious and ignorant! I would never recommend this Mac.donalds to anyone,They need to get it together if they want better service.
Ordered a #1 today at lunch (Aug3rd, Big Mac) they weren't very busy and got my food through the drive through pretty fast. Whoever was making the burgers today should be fired. Sauce only on one small portion of it and 1 single pickle. Didn't have a problem throwing lettuce all over it including a handful in the box as well. I don't expect much from McD's especially at this location but they still like to find ways to make sure people don't come back.
Don’t go for breakfast during breakfast hours. Every time I’ve tried the food is never fresh. Just now I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was obvious it had been prepared and been sitting in a warmer for a long time. McGriddle bun was almost black and stale. If you go during lunch or dinner and order breakfast it is always fine.
Let's see were do I start. There employees are rude, there ice cream machine never works. My son order a ice cream cone they took his money ten minutes later when he asked he was told sorry it's not working. They are so slow no one should sit in a drive thru at almost 830pm for 20min. Seriously these people 15.00 per hour please
